had orientation the past 2 days so uber busy and tired.but it was fun(: i was in charge of class 1LY with bryan, sarah, han yi, don and amanda. Ly is quite ok lah. not so dead. but i was like most of the time zi highing down there. it wasnt easy taking care of a sec one class. they must be thinking i am like the craziest facilitator there. lol. got a lot of boys leh. much more then girls. some of them very naughty lor. haiz. first day started of with ice breakers. then games and teaching them a few cheers too. omg, they loved the "Everybody Dance Now" cheer. haha. that one they super high lor. very hard to get their attention. very tiring to teach them cos they dont really listen to us... somehow they like bryan a lot. LMAO. anyway. my voice sounded like it was breaking at the end of the first day lol. second day had telematch! WOO HOO! played balloon boomz. uber fun. throwing water balloons at each other. main objective was to get everyone soaked. and i think that was wad happened to the facilitators not the sec ones lor. the sec ones were VERY careful. LY is super "sticker face". if they see any excos, they will cheer very loud, if not it is ok only. lol. put up a performance during the campfire. omg, campfire rocked. literally. super noisy and high too(: ended at around 9.30 pm and councillors had to stay back to help clean up. thats our job so no choice:( did physical work kay. carrying benches back to the canteen. well, obviously it was easier for guys. duh. reached home at around 10.45 pm. long day but loved the experience. yeah, rock on SC!! had councillor farewell party. lols. it was fun(: went there at 12 but only started offically at 12.37 i suppose? cos our seniors were quite enthusiastic. haha^^ btw, drama people, roi was there too lor. he was like damn high. *wink* started of with the emotional ppt presentation. i must say some of them are quite sad... then was the prize presentation ceremony. i had no idea who the sec 4s were in my section to be VERY HONEST. well, i only know that meixuan, the ex P, was in my section. rofl. then was bonding time with the sec 4s. quite wierd for the sec ones cos we seriously dont know wad to say to them lol. erm, okay. skip some parts yeah. lazy to type. then was the water bomb fight, sort of. well, we first had to find in the old block and the new block for the water bombs and i must say our section did pretty well(: so after that we had to combine sections together and pick out a leader. 1,2,3 together. 4,5,6 together. so the leader is not suppose to get wet and at the end of the game, the leader, who is the driest, wins(: sounds easy but it was crazy! well, water bombs were like literally raining on us and it was not painful, but soaking wet. esp when u are like in sch socks? yeah, sch socks are super thick so its super uncomfortable:( my t-shirt didnt really get wet whereas my skirt was a plain disaster. cos the opposing team hit the bombs on the floor and the water splashed up due to impact. sickening-_- but fun too(: so yeah. homed early. bye! went on a holiday and came back.sad. i know i havent been posting for ages because i have been really busy. so, i will put all the main details which happened into 1 post. so, this will definately be a long post XD i went to cheena. yup, yunnan to be exact(: it started of at kunming which the cold was quite bearable then visited dali before procceding to lijiang and finally the coldest of all (which made my feet numb!) Shang ri la. kunming you could say that they are quite famous in terms of their rocks. ok, this sounds totally absurb to u huh... who would go and see rocks??? hello?? the rocks are no ordinary ones(: they have meanings behind them, which i have forgotten. heh. kunming also sells great tea. like pu-er tea?? that would be their best selling tea there *winks* dali is famous for their 999 pure silver bangles. they are really pretty but also quite ex. lijiang has FANTABULOUS scenery. really! i loved it a lot^.^ Shang ri la was uberrrrrrrrrrrrr cold and i was literally almost frozen?? went to this place called shika snow moutain... expected it to be really pretty because of the snow but it kinda turned out quite dissapointing... it had really strong unbearable winds instead which totally wrecked my mood. so yeah. haiz. i hve calculated and we sat a total of 12 hrs of bus ride thru our the entire journey. horribly sickening har. yeah yeah. not really a long post after all. lazy u see.. byeeees! |
